The Problems

What are the users trying to achieve?
Users of the Opsigo app are aiming to consolidate their business travel needs into one platform. They want to efficiently book meeting spaces for business discussions, reserve co-working spaces for individual or team work, and rent cars for their transportation needs during their business trips.
Why do they want that?
Users desire this consolidated platform for its convenience and efficiency. Having all their business travel needs met in one place simplifies the booking process and makes it easier to manage their itinerary. Furthermore, a single platform simplifies the reimbursement process, as all expenses are recorded in one place, eliminating the need to track multiple receipts or invoices.
What is their workaround today?
Currently, users have to navigate multiple platforms to meet their business travel needs. They might use one app for booking meeting spaces, another for reserving co-working spaces, and yet another for car rentals. Additionally, they need to collect and keep track of invoices from each of these platforms for reimbursement purposes.
What's not ideal about the existing solution?
The current solution of using multiple platforms is inefficient and time-consuming. It requires users to switch between different apps for different services, which can be confusing and difficult to manage. Moreover, tracking expenses for reimbursement becomes more complex with multiple invoices from different platforms. This fragmented approach can lead to a less than optimal user experience and potential errors or delays in the reimbursement process.
